⚠ Deployment Notes
- This product contains sensitive electrical components. Use of a surge protection device is highly recommended to protect and extend the life of the equipment.
- UTP connectors must use the direct interconnection (T568B) wiring method — do not cross-connect.
- For USB 3.2 Gen 1 5Gbps transmission, keep passive cable runs within 3m / 9.8ft to ensure signal integrity.
- If the front-panel IR receiving window is blocked or the unit is installed out of infrared line of sight, connect the bundled IR Wideband Receiver Cable to the IR EXT port.
- USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports do NOT carry DisplayPort™ Video (DP Alt Mode) or USB Power Delivery (PD). Connect display and PD devices through dedicated paths.
- When configuring the network, ensure the controlling PC is in the same network segment as the matrix (default 192.168.0.xxx).
- Maintain proper ventilation around the chassis; do not block the side air vents during operation.
