Please use a certified HDMI2.0 cable to connect the signal.
It is not recommended to serially switcher, distributor, converter, and so on that has not been certified by the factory.
To maintain quality stability, please use the original certified adapter.
If you need to use it with other devices, please be sure to inform us to avoid incompatibilities.
Please use Cat6 standard network cable (8-cores full).
To extend the signal, the network cable is connected to the HDBT/POC port, not to the Ethernet port.
To use the CEC function, both the Blu-ray player and the TV must have a CEC function. Some of the TVs need to be turned on in the system settings to perform CEC communication normally.
The product supports CEC PASS THROUGH, so when the TV is turned off, the DVD will also be turned off.
